is breathtaking.

Corbyn's sneering disdain for our war dead is breathtaking.

Abbott's sneering disdain for what the imperialists call 'mathematics' is breathtaking.

And yet. Still. A quarter of the population are prepared to vote for them.

Go. Figure.

I saw some lefty on twitter who was astonished that polling showed that people thought Boris was kinder than Corbyn. These people really do believe they have a monopoly on humanity and virtue and simply can't grasp that people might think otherwise.

It's no surprise that people who adhere to a truly nasty ideology like socialism should come across as nasty. Labour's front bench demonstrates this admirably.

Yes but one in four people are prepared to vote for them. If you're in a room containing 10 people, two and a half of them are stupid and/or evil enough to want to see an anti-semitic Marxist who hates the UK as head of our government.

How can this be?

Well if I were to say to you that that proportion of people in any given room are ignorant, misguided, lazy, naive, blindly optimistic, envious, unthinkingly tribalistic or just plain thick you wouldn't be surprised in the least, would you? Indeed, it would seem an underestimate if anything.
Given which, the truly remarkable thing is that Labour are so hopeless that they can't even get all of this constituency to vote for them.

Indeed c. And how can a government simply refuse to publish a security report because its findings may be a little awkward. You'd think we were living in Putin's Russia or some ghastly little Arab fiefdom.

Just as well for you then that actual socialism is basically illegal in the EU.

Oh.

Oh.

How can it be illegal if the leader of the oppo is a rabidly marxist terrorist supporting anti-semite whose daily breakfast consists of the entrails of slaughtered babes and whatever he can scoop out of Diane Abbott's cavernous great arse'ole. If it were illegal Der EuroPolizisten would have arrested him by now.

Fúck me! If you're concerned about a few Russian businessmen giving chump change to the tory party, your head will explode when you find out how much money Soros has pumped into the Remain campaign.

Classic whataboutery.

Now, whatabout all these jobbies stuck in my u-bend? When are you going to apply your razor sharp intellect to something more appropriate?

You've got the first bit right there h, but then you've delved rather too deeply into your fantasy world and typed out the contents of your brain. :-(

I'm almost starting to feel sorry* for the Labour frontbenchers repeatedly getting eviscerated on Brexit in interviews. Of course, their policy is objectively nonsensical, so all an interviewer has to do to make them look ridiculous is ask them to explain it. It's a bit of a problem for them. :hehe:

*Not really.

I don't have a second hand car lot h. Nor do I have a Portaloo in my house. That would be silly.

I'm reasonably confident that if there were anything much in Soros trope then The Telegraph, Mail, Sun and Express would have been bellowing it from the rooftops b. Unless their paymasters had hinted it might be better to keep shtum.

A portaloo is infinitely preferable to allowing the working class to befoul one's bog imo.

Errr, it's not a trope. He has openly given £400,000 to the campaign and has almost certainly given millions more. Your reasonable certainty is simply ignorance.

Here's that well-known right wing rag The Guardian reporting on it.

Absolutely b - and never leave a plumber to work unattended in your house. They will almost certainly píss in your sink (after knocking one out into your wife's panties of course).
