It seems that the choice is between Unai and Mourinhio which is akin to choosing between the devil and the deep blue sea.

That being said, I think I'd take Jose at Arsenal. At least I can understand what he's saying. He also loves Ozil.

I'm on 412. The remaining 589 are very difficult to find on these shores but I have carefully scheduled some time in Miami to acquire some of the rare American beers (not yet informed the fiancee of this) before I get onto my boat to the Caribbean.

It's a great feeling when I accidentally stumble across something on the list which I've not yet done.

Hmm. Looks like it could be an expensive and lengthy project. Was the list compiled by a cartel of airlines or oil companies by any chance? #CarbonHell

here’s the problem

Surely you need to look at the players ie When a manager that specialises in Top4 finishes fails to get you in the top 4 and a manager who specialises in Europa League wins fails to win it then surely suspicious should be aroused as to who should get the blame.

The stats don’t look good for Emery..if we lose to Leicester (most likely) then it’s 27 from 60 since April

This complicates things...top 4 could be over by the weekend.

It could be too hard for a reactionary type like Josh to keep him especially with growing pressure from Arseblog, AFTV and other fan groups.

They are just as culpable in this...unnecessarily applying pressure to Unai.

Here’s an example...we win in Europe but instead of talking about the positives like the injured players coming back or the youth players breaking through they instead focus on Unai leaving Ozil completely out of the squad and this becomes the big narrative that Unai has to deal with every game...we went from being supportive of Unai to hating him because of this.

It’s not right.

My big worry is we end up like United where you have a series of managers with their own philosophies and there own particular purchases and then you get left with Ole trying to manage a complete mismatch of dogsh*t like Fred, Rojo, Herrera, Thrasford, Lingard and Pogba.

If we change manager now my choice would be the safest pair of hands I could fine...that would be Rafa.

Proven winner, can work with any type of player, knows the league inside out...would be perfect.

Jose would just be another complicated philosophy imposed on the players who could well turn on them just like they did with Arsene and now Unai. Plus the knives will be out from certain media influences from the word go...

Personally I don’t mind him staying until at least January...if top 4 is gone by the weekend then so be it.

Also I think he is trying to fix things but there’s a severe lack of understanding.

For instance Torreira...one of the big complaints is that LT is playing much further forward...almost in a No10 role.

I’ve tried to work out why and I think I might have it.

Unai has tried to answer the question of why we concede goals and come up with that when our attacks break down we get counter attacked so rapidly that our natural defensive midfielders further down the field are made ineffective. So he’s asked LT to play further forward to be the 1st line of defence against these counter attacks.

Also...when he first moved to Italy he was a striker...so potentially might able to contribute as he showed vs Liverpool.

It at least shows he’s analysing things and trying to make us better.

But it’s all complicated by Xhaka’s self imposed exile and Ozil forcing his way back thanks to his fan boys

Shame...it’s all gotten unnecessarily messy when it shouldn’t have.

He's just a cünt, TC.

But totally agree about Rafa.

Wasn't he given his honorary MBE at the same time as Arsène? Good omen, imo.

What he's achieved with two different Prem teams means he'd start with credit in the bank. And if top 4's lost before he comes, he has a pressure free first season.
