Just off for a monthly Dim sum lunch with a business friend and am looking for something new to try. I always go with:
Scallop cheung fun
Turnip cake
Pork buns
Crab and coriander dumplings (steamed)
Shanghai soup dumplings
Crispy prawn wanton
Leaf wrapped gluntinous rice
Anyone got anything different that I should try?

No worries, here you go:
Spare ribs in barbecue sauce
Special chow main
Sesame prawn toast
Prawn balls in pink fluorescent gloop
Roast duck it’s tinned pineapple chunks
Get fired in, ti.

Retro is all well and good and this is definitely Chinese Isle of Wight style circa 1976, however bar a side of Beef Ho fun, we stick to dim sum for this lunch.

I know a Chinese guy from a previous job, He used to suck on chicken feet as a snack. He reckons they are great with a beer :puke:
