View Full Version : You're all leaking into your panties about our 'signings'.

We've actually signed:

1. The new Carlos Vela
2. A centre half we won't see for at least 12 months.

Apart from this we've borrowed some bloke from Real Madrid for a year.

Borrowed. For a year.

Fúck me, in the darkest days of our skintness we did more to refresh the squad than this.

Is he still constantly trying to chip goalkeepers? He was a terrible man for that. :hehe:

What about the CB and CM we are borrowing from Juventus? And the Scottish left-back that we've got?

Nonsense. Frank McLintock was tremendous.

Thon Peter Marinello did a few excellent photo shoots as I remember. Attracted an extra 20 girls to his first appearance at THOF before plummeting into obscurity.

In this picture he appears to be developing slightly girly titties,

Was he a jockanese?

I've never liked the sound of him, to behonest. In fact, I maintain a healthy scepticism about all the supposedly 'great' players of the 30s/50s. I suspect they were actually a bit ****.

I like signings that get you out of your seat.

I find the seats at the Emirates hurt my arsenal.

Best player my old grandad ever saw. And he was a West Ham fan.

"Son," he said to my dad, "That Alex James is who you want to play like".

He was scotch. He may well have been ****. I have a similar opinion of many of the players in the 60s. I still think pele was ****, and a ****.

And Bob Wilson - perhaps this may be a pre-Premier League generational thing.

I also always loved Big Willie...............

Wilf Copping would have dragged that little faggot Messi kicking and screaming to the potting shed.

Good point. Who didn't love Big Willie? Not the world's greatest footballer, in fairness, but lovable.

Is this a Scum reference? In which case, it was a greenhouse, which always struck me as a terrible place to commit an act of illicit buggery. People in glass houses shouldn't...well...forcibly sodomise young boys.

Tis.
Good old Ray Winstone refusing to film this scene for the film version again because it was too gay.

Incidentally that young fellow goes on to play the mentaller in Alan Partridge. My knowledge of trivia from violent rape film scenes is probably a little to good.
