So to Paris next week then

Been twice but not since 1998 - recommendations please. Definitely on the agenda:

1) the best market in Paris - whatever that is?
2) Musee d'Orsay - cause we missed it the first two times
3) Notre Dame - to see what the state of play is

Open to other suggestions including places to eat but note I have no interest in Michelin starred nonsense, gimme a good casual bistro. Also, because I'm a wine anorak anything wine related would be good.
