Mine's away, too. I had double egg, chips and beans for dinner last night.
I would suggest the fish fingers as a starter rather than part of the main course.

That's not a bad plan. How about if I popped them between two slices of bread with some processed cheese and tartare sauce - a sort of Netto filet o' fish? Genius.

You could put the fish fingers on a few leaves, with slices of tomatoes in a bun, with a bit of tartare on the lid. Few chips on the side and sack off the egg ? I'm not sure there's a place for the egg in the bun atop the fingers. Although, it may be worth a punt ?
