went to a few Carrefour supermarkets in the UAE.

how the fúck anyone finds anything with their bizarre layout is beyond me. They are the size of a football stadium, filled with imported workers who can only say "I don't know" and everything is about 3 times the price in the UK.

oh, and alcohol free lagers next to the Robinson's cordials is a bit strange...

Salt is bad for you also it helps water retention in your body which will make you a fat bloated mess. Watch your sodium levels bud.

Why is the bread indecent? I'm sure if you explain what you need to your local artisan baker he'll be happy to oblige. Also, can you not add salt as to your taste?

what sort of nutter would sprinkle salt on their bread.

I don't have artisan type bakers near me I live near Lakeside.
