"Barr and Robert Mueller have known each other since the 1980s and have been described as good friends. Mueller attended the weddings of two of Barr's daughters, and their wives attend Bible study together."

Good Lord, are the kiddies across the pond still squabbling? They're so fantastically boring, aren't they?

Yup. Literally the dodgiest thing you've ever seen. Appears to have been made on the say-so of one judge who also sealed the case.

White privilege my arse.

The extraordinary thing is that it's all just pique that the 'wrong' candidate won. That's what we're seeing now in western politics - the wealthy, metropolitan bien pensant middle classes rejecting democratic outcomes because they don't like them.

I understand that even JRM has turned into an enemy of the people now. This distresses me.

Increasingly, the thinking seems to be that we'll sign up to this deal to get Brexit and then fúck it out the window further down the road. Quite extraordinary.

It's up there with the old black bat who was on the OJ Simpson jury who acquitted the monster purely so she could say '**** you whitey' and more shocking than that she actually let herself be filmed saying as such with a big **** eating grin.

Seems a very well-connected fellow; I reckon he's been flipped by the Feeb.

If even the mayor of Chicago is crying foul ...

But surely the Bureau only investigates current POTII?

T'other way about, I think. They are essentially safe, until they leave office. The FBI works for the prez, after all.

It's all political though, so who knows. Anyway, lol on lol; the CPD have just decided, the hell with it, and released many of the (sealed) papers in the case. And the Foxx dolly has pouted and sniffed back that the documents were only sealed "by mistake" anyway.

As I say, lol.

Peter Strzock didn't seem to think so. #insurance

Also McCabe, Comey etc

As for the OP, doesn't everyone in the beltway bubble attend the weddings of each others sprogs? After all, everyone is a contact and of possible use until they become your enemy. And aren't Ivanka and Chelsea 'friends' even?

Oh, they're about to find out how wrong they were. Not sure even Comey has done enough to save himself.

And the OP was merely to point out that M & B have been on exactly the same page all along. B was simply explaining that folks were mostly wrong in their understanding of what M was actually doing.

Then there's this just in: "The bank was previously accused of violating international sanctions, along with money laundering, market manipulation and other illegal practices."

https://www.independent.co.uk/news/world/americas/us-politics/deutsche-bank-trump-financial-records-congress-maxine-waters-house-committee-a8842166.html

One wonders whether people are as convinced about POTUS' exposure here as they were about
"collusion" allegations :sherlock:
