Ah Rich, would you say this sounds like Angina? - A couple of times recently I've had what feels like a pulled muscle and very uncomfortable aching in my back which quickly moves to my shoulders, neck then finally my chest. Lasts for about 15 minutes. And it's not very nice!

I can never tell which bit's the kofte and which bit the adana.

The Adana, of course! It’s like the kofte, but it’s flat and slightly tastier. I make a rather good Adana, though I say so myself. The secret is a red pepper paste you get in scary Turk shops called Biber something.

Oh, yes. Two breads is a must. Last time I got one, it lasted me two days.

I deployed the gochuchang on wings last night. It was very good, but there’s a cumulative burn that means you can only have so many.

that can happen with pastes, I find.

might need to mix it down a bit. Lemon juice is perfect imo.

I’d assumed the non-sexual bit, since I know your glw to be a fine figure of a woman and not the big fat type you have to roll in gluten-free flour in order to find the wet bit.
