Reading his post match interview, he effectively admitted to just dropping him entirely. So Ozil is ready to play and you're not even giving him a spot on the bench. This is terrible people management. Let's not forget Emery lost the dressing room at PSG and after seeing the **** performances and seeing how he's treated Lacazette & Ozil I'm fully understanding why.

Any dressing room with Neymar in it is going to be lost at some point imo . How has he treated Laca poorly exactly? By taking him off?? ...the whole Ozil thing is clearly where the power struggle is . Emery wants to show who's in charge and a lack of press wont be tolerated from even our top earner...not exactly working out for him for the last month or so . If there was some discernible structure in place in our style of play under him thus far , id have no problem with casting Ozil aside ....but we are making the same mistakes and conceding daft goals constantly

Doing things like taking Lacazette off and replacing him with Niles whilst chasing a win is pure disrespect.
