To be fair I can’t think of that many Non EU players to be rejected under the current rules.

Only really been us that were affected with Wenger finding young kids from all sorts of places ie Joel Campbell, Wellington and that Japanese lad who was pretty much straight out of high school.

But you can totally understand why the Home Office would tell us do one for these cases.
