That's Churchill the racist war-monger, is it?

I'd have these people horse-whipped.

Horsewhipping only slaps at the problem. Dropping out of helicopters solves it.

You'll come around to my way of thinking sooner or later.

I like the way 'his administration' is labelled as doing nothing during there Bengal famine of 1943.

I am pretty sure that government was busy doing something at the time.

But are we not allowed to be offended by this traducing of our national hero by a foul, imperialist Yanqui?

Where's my right to grievance?

He wasn't sacked - hence the question - he caved in and apologised quite unnecessarily to some gob****es on Twitter. Quite the difference

One of the things we were busy doing was literally defending India from getting invaded by one of the most murderous regimes ever to have stalked the planet. Indeed, at Imphal and Kohima we turned them back from the gates of India.

You realise that if it wasn't for Churchill you'd be speaking German now, right?

Bengal bore the brunt once the Japanese moved into Burma.

Its tragic, its terrible, but there was a ****nig war on. Bit bloody harsh to castigate an entire political legacy over this.

Ah, the Battle of the Tennis Court.

 Turns out that repeated suicidal death charges against strong defensive positions and a well-armed opponent aren't a particularly good idea. Silly old Tojo.

I skim read this stuff so being sacked/attacked seem similar. I don't really pay attention.

Wenger is doing good this season.
