Indeed, but was it both at the same time ? Some fine rhythmic co-ordination discipline involved there .. There’s also a possibility that he was balancing on some kind of milking stall to gain addition height...?
I should add, I know nothing about these things..

After the horse revelation, I felt the writer's use of the term 'receiving a tip' was a bit on the nose. :-(

On reading it again, it appears the cow provided the hors d’ouvres and the young pony, the follow up act.
Although where this lunatic summoned the energy to require further penetration, having already tipped his concrete into the bovine is way beyond me..
