No, just feels like a lump of mucus stuck at top of throat and if I had a proper hack it would come up

As of tomorrow, was supposed to be today as back from holiday but then realised I have a work piss up tonight, so was never going to happen.

If it’s painful then it’s highly unlikely to be cancer tbf. If you’re worried then don’t arse about with GP’s. The Dentist is by far your best route for anything neck and mouth related. If he doesn’t like the look of it, he’ll refer you.

I've seen mine this week for the results of my MOT and poke up the arse. :yikes:
The amount of times the doc said "well at your age..."

It's when they hand you a tissue to clean up all the lubricant they've left up there that's worst. Having just been anally penetrated, you're then expected to wipe your arse in front of your penetrator. :-(
My feeling is that they ought to do it. 'You put it there, you clean it up, mate.'

Oh it's definitely cancer mate. If you're lucky you'll soon only be able to speak through some ghastly contraption that is a small metallic hole in your throat that makes a rather scary dalek like buzzing sound where your real voice once was.
Could be worse mate. You could have bowel cancer and a colostomy bag.
Have you tried drinking whisky, p?
