I don't care about them, the individuals they're about don't care about them and I'm utterly fvcking certain nobody above me reads them. So would anyone care to enlighten me as to what the point of these fvcking things is again? :-(

I've got some pearlers in here. There's one bloke who claims not to be able to think of any way in which he can improve (needless to say, I have some fvcking suggestions); one girl who's complaining the company's too big (!?) and another who's suggested a profit sharing scheme ( :hehe: ) and free fruit would be good ways to improve morale.

These people are idiots and children. :shakehead:

Nowt wrong with a profit sharing scheme for key individuals, you capitalist swine. It's worked for me and a former employer before.

Nah. They are a waste of time, imo.

Constant managerial support and performance management is the way forward.
Afterall, no one likes an annual "surprise; you're shít" meeting
