Picked it up and it seems to be absolutely fine. How’s that possible?

Dunno. But how is it possible to lose a phone in a puddle for 20 minutes?

Erm, well I dropped it and went into my flat not realising I'd dropped it. So I spent about 5 minutes looking around my flat as I'm often misplacing it. Then I spent 5 minutes looking in and around my car and couldn't find it. Then I sent my cleaner out to look for it and she couldn't find it. Then I went out again and finally found it submerged in one of the large, dank puddles surrounding my car, by which point 20 minutes had elapsed.
Does that explain it?
