What do you reckon it says on his clipboard? Is it just a list of players with tickboxes saying 'Good' or 'Shít' next to them?

I doubt it. I reckon it's going to be some Spanishish gibberish. Who knows ehat they might write? "I hwant to keel a boool" or something, I suppose.

Isn't he a Basque? In which case it might be in Basque, which mostly comprises the letters x, k and z, I think.

Actually, the only word I know in Basque is 'dago...?', which means 'Where is...?'

Yes, but it does allow one to go to Spain and legitimately use the word 'Dago' a lot, so there's that.
