it's a bit boring but I like the look of the Ford Kuga.
and the Hyundai Tuscon.
tempted to sell my car whilst it still has some value.

How much do you estimate your current car is worth ?

Worthy choices, f. A little dull, perhaps, but worthy.

A bit like going to a Springsteen gig with a sign asking for Prove It All Night?

You realise we will never see him again, don't you?

And you're making jokes about it?

Sicko.

Has he retired, then?

Has he retired, then?

No, but he's doing this apparently never-ending Broadway solo run, at the end of which he's going to want to take a break and be at home, then he'll get itchy and go into the studio and record an album, byt the time that's all done it's 2021 and he'll be 71.

He's not going to embark on a world tour at the age of 71, is he? :-(

Paul Simon's doing his farewell tour at the age of 77.

Although I concede that little Paul's set may not be quite as energetic as Bruce's.

Yes, as acts they're hardly comparable

I'm amusing myself by imagining Simon doing a massive knee-slide across the stage in the middle of a particularly heartfelt rendition of 'American Tune' :hehe:

Imagine the racket Springsteen would make performing The Sound Of Silence

Me, too. Although it does encourage bores to tell you it's based on Bach. :-(

Simon would never write anything that lyrically crude.

That's because you never saw the E Street Band in their pomp. :-(

The memory of Brighton, 1981 makes each subsequent day feel like a waste of 24 hours.

Freelancer 2’s or a second hand Discovery Sport ? Can’t move for them around here. I have an older F2 for carting the hounds about and it’s been really reliable so far.

With regard to the McLaren, a word of advice... Don't do it. Not without some exceptional AA cover.
