"Uncle Tom" - a truly despicable phrase used by black people to denigrate other black people for daring to have their own opinions.

Or - as in this case - simply for being more successful than the person using the term.

How so? Because he tends to fit his message and style to suit those who are paying him? I could say the same thing about almost every football pundit. Why does the colour of his skin make a difference?
