He's dismantled his nukulars, hasn't he? Is he still mucking about with the potential meeting? I'm not sure I'd want to meet the Donald. He's such a vulgar fellow.

It's often the case that dictators are really actually hostages of their own military leaders. There's a theory that that's where the Kim family has been for a long time and that the Donald is trying to offer them a way out, for everybody's benefit.
