I imagine the names put forward will come from Ivan and the Barca bloke. There’s no reason for either of them to think Rodgers is a standout candidate. His Liverpool team bottled it in the league and he never made it out of the champions league group stages when they were in it. What he has done in Scotland is irrelevant.

His Liverpool side fell apart as quickly as it came together.
