Got to see some youngsters like Reece.

Went to some nice places around Europe we wouldn’t normally venture too...by all accounts Moscow was tippity top last couple of days. Told you all Putin is a gooner.

All that’s left to do is wrap up Arsene’s contract.

As the French would say...Sayonara.

Quite looking forward to Ancelloti next season...if Ivan had any sense he’d give Simeone the royal treatment when he comes over imo

We have a shout - I wasn't being sarcastic. They are a cracking team but we aren't actually that bad either despite what certain people would have you believe

It's the sort of tie that you rather hope our players can actually get up for both legs! Fancy we'll scrape the 1st leg 2-1 and then a nervy 2-2 draw in Madrid (well, nervy until we score the 2nd away goal)

It's a shame, would have made a great final imo. Oh well whoever wins this wins the cup*

I'd settle for a 0-0 first leg and to go away from home with a positive approach.

I think it's unlikely that we will score 3 goals (or more) over two legs. If we are going to win, I suspect it will be with no more than a couple of goals. Our defence will have to improve significantly.

The good thing is our defence can improve (well it can't get any worse...)

Easy win for Atletico.

2-0 at the Emirates and 3-1 in Madrid.

Our goalkeeper is a complete has been. Our defence save for Monreal is dog sh•t. Our disorganised bunch of No10s will get crushed by a proper well drilled midfield unit. Lacazette will have a max of 2 shots over the two legs...that’s including the penalty Oblak will save.

Apart from Ozil they are stronger than us from 1 to 11.

No one wins the National. The existence of the National belittles all of us.

Well it is in Liverpool, I suppose. :-(

I like it, though. And the horseys look like they're having a lovely time with all the running and jumping. Flat racing's boring by comparison.

The Dutchman.

Probably the horse equivalent of gay, will lord it around the course telling all the other horses what they should and should not do, how they should behave, correcting their horse grammar.

I was leaning towards one of the Irish horses.

I would’ve thought Anibale Fly would be hard to beat given his Gold Cup run but yesterday we had a couple of horses drop out and I noticed Road to Riches sneak in right at the bottom...horse no40.

His recent form is awful but if you go back a couple of years he would’ve beaten this lot senseless. Maybe the old boy can roll back the years carrying no weight in what might be his final race.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with the one on the left.

IUFG is clearly a very picky man and has never found himself stumbling around The Archway Tavern or Gresham Ballroom at 1:30 in the AM looking for a female companion.

Quite the contrary, sw. Any port in a storm and all that, back in the day.

However, I don't particularly like inked ladies. Especially those with an awful tat across their tits, or arms, oh and hands...
