Errrr, what?

So the category of crime that forcing hundreds of women into sexual slavery fell under before was presumably not sufficient?

At a guess, perhaps it is a matter of jurisdiction. These new grounds enable the Hague to have a go at him.

Yes. And meanwhile in France, a change in the rules (La Gendarmerie targeting the buyer, rather than the seller) has meant that certain .. ahem .. street services .. can be obtained for as little as €5 nowadays.

So I gather.

And not just from your mum either. From actual professionals who do that sort of thing for a living, to pay the bills.
