Yes. You go into a vape shop and ask for CBD oil. They will tell you it has no THC (which is true), but it does have a pleasant, calmative effect. Like nibbling on a valium.

Not really c. The killer with nicotine is the blood thickening characteristics and the sheer quantity one does because of one's pitiful addiction to the stuff. I am a doctor of sorts c - you can trust me on this.
