Had some work to do this morning so not much time between that and racing.

Just had a McChicken thanks to UberEATS (no mayo because I’m cutting)

I was watching some Thomas Keller videos yesterday and was amazed at how important he sees seasoning. I've eaten at Per Se and it was the best meal I've ever had by some distance. We should never under-estimate the importance of salt to the eating experience, S.

Well done, TK

I'm always a bit unnerved by just how much salt Rick Stein casually tosses into his creations. Fistfuls of the stuff at a time. I mean, what else is one meant to taste in some of these dishes

T.. Might I suggest that fried chicken is possibly not the food of choice for someone who's cutting ? I mean, I thought it all had to be steamed or boiled :Sherlock:
