I don't do breakfast, unless I'm on holiday.

I'm having Korean Fried Chicken for dinner, which will come to about 1,500 calories, so I have to take it easy at lunch.

Do you wear a hair shirt during the day as well?

I'm a two meal a day person too, tbf. I'm about to break the fast, which for a friday treat will be double egg, one sausage, chips, beans and coffee. I think 8 miles walks that off.
