What was that book I read a few years ago, featuring a chap who went to stay with his friend in a house in a cathedral close? There was fog, possibly a ghosty bit, feasibly a murder. It was either set in Victorian days, or it might have been contemporary.

No. I looked it up on Audible and no dice. :-( That means I'll actually have to read it like some sort of animal.
