is that nobody appears to give a fvck about it.

The only vaguely interesting revelation is that that sanctimonious cvnt Bono is an absolutely massive fvcking hypocrite. And we all knew that already.

Would be quite funny if Moshiri and Usmanov get in trouble - other than that no real surprise

You're good at sums b. Does it mean I can have my employers pay my pitiful salary into a bank account in Mauritius and simply borrow my own money at favourable interest rates, zero I think, and it will be perfectly legal?

It's just that the lice ridden vermin of HMRC appear to delight in absolutely rinsing my pay packet before I ever get a sniff of it.

I believe The Premier League prohibits any club owner or director from having an interest in another club, or the ability to influence another club's policies.

As Usmanov is neither an owner of, or director at, The Arsenal, I don't think he has anything to fear, shirley?
Moshiri on the other hand, who gives a ****?

I imagine the Premier League employs guidelines, rather than actual rules. We can't risk frightening all that money off, can we.

More embarrassment that punishment in Usmanov's case but there are rules about anyone who owns over 10 per cent of shares in one club having anything to do with any other sharewise. Would also prejudice any case in the future if he were to want to buy a club.

Fit and proper owners and all that :hehe: :hehe: :hehe: :hehe:

It's probably the increasingly sanitised nature of real life that leads me to swear like a docker on here.

In real life I am still an absolute delight :p

I doubt they even know how they're paying less tax. Some accountant just gets them to sign the odd piece of paper and does everything for them.

It's the politics of envy, b. All those socialists at the Guardian and the BBC, busy peering over the fence to see what their neighbours are doing.

Wánkers to a man.

Only until we give the ball away in midfield for the fifth time in a row playing a risky sideways pass on the edge of the opposition box with 8 players ahead of the ****ing ball and the defence ten yards inside the ****ing opposition half :mad:

Tax avoidance v Tax evasion.

One of them is okay, one is illegal. Cool with me.

I would avoid / evade if I knew how. Wd Mrs Brown and Paul Hewson.

p.s. nothing to do with their Irishness

The point is you have to pay to avoid - obviously not as much but a fair amount. I went on a freebie to the Euro 2004 final thanks to BENQ who were one of the sponsors. Got chatting to a lad who was basically an accountant specialising in tax avoidance and had several high profile clients (including the company who was paying **** loads for the five-star hotel and free star and alcohol). He was wonderfully indiscreet about who he worked for and how he worked - quite eye-opening on the whole subject and basically said that there was really nothing governments could do about it and as as long as rich people had money to hire cleverer people than governments did there would always be loopholes to exploit

Times has been obsessed with it this week as well though. Not sure you would call them socialists. Though still quite dull

 As long as they don't advise on things that might happen and only on what they can currently do, then all fair, according to law

And governments know this very well, of course, so the best they can do is a bit of virtue-signalling and SJW-ing.

300 journalists had access to those docs for a year and have come up with jack **** really

The panorama programme was a waste of time. I couldn’t follow their explanation of one of the schemes and I implement them every day as part of my job!

All in all very Arsenal. Promised to deliver so much and yet failed

Well, there you are then. Bono. That's enough. It certainly makes me very happy, this news. But there's a whole list of fvckheads: Apple, rich pricks the world over, this politician over here who seems to be profiting directly from his role in the govt. All in all I'd say it's a worthwhile little trove.

Right. It's just banter really. There's no harm in rattling a few cages once in a while.

Anyway, they can take it.
