The virus will denature very quickly when outside of the body/lab conditions. Therefore it is very unlikely that you will contract measles as a result of this.

Certain components of vaccines can cause localised allergic contact dermatitis, so just be vigilant for that.

Took my kid to have his vaccine done and had to help keep him still while the nurse did it. He moved and she squirted it over my arm :-|
