Yes, last stint of honeymoon, stayed in Loews Coronado Bay in beautiful room with great views of the US Naval base on the opposite side of the bay......seriously, it was great, watching all the Naval fighters and choppers coming in and out

Yes. The Gaslamp Quarter is lovely. Indeed, it was much the most pleasant place I have visited in them thar United States. Almost civilised.
