Its a rumour, that Lemar is held up because Monaco want to sign Di Maria from PSG but that is tied up in the MBappe deal which is being held up PSg's FFP problems which are caused because their accountant was out nobbing hookers last week when he should have been cooking the books.

Its all one big deal, everything. Chaos theory innit.
