Is this the end of our production line of gormless-looking mixed race left backs?

:-( Poor Kieran. He seemed such a nice lad.

Not a bad player.

:hehe: Of course, if he stayed and played next week you'd be describing him as 'fúcking mince', wouldn't you?

Maybe you wouldn't. But others would. So now I've cleared that up.

Yes. For a while there, I thought Dulux might simply name a shade of brown 'Arsenal Left Back'.

His middle names are James and Ricardo too :-(

Good luck, KJRG.

Shame we never got to see him hopelessly out of his depth at centre back. I always thought he was ok. Ok isn't particularly useful when you are trying to win the league but its, you know, ok. Now we have two left backs we dont need him.

Unfortunately he insists on playing those left backs at centre back or dropping them altogether so kind of need him. Its more that we need to get rid of Wenger.

So....my solution here is basically Wenger out. ;)

A solution that slowly but surely even the most calm thinkers are coming to.

Cant think there are too many that genuinely think it is a good idea for him to stay. There will be some.

Doesn't matter anyway, he is staying.

£5M to West Brom. Seems like a bargain.

Well, now would be the wrong time for him to leave. It was either this summer or next summer, not 3 weeks into the season.

Don't take that tone with me.

I didn't mean it to end the way it did as I listed two of the greatest football thinkers in our midst, and then I realised Rich was also in the gang.

I am sure when you realise this you also can see the twisted humour at play here.

I accept your apology.

He isn't going to go in the summer either. He wont walk out on a two year contract.

You are going to have to sack him, which isn't going to happen unless we get a new owner, which doesn't look very likely.

In other words, we are totally ****ed. ;)

Well, it appears that I may have been a little hasty on this occasion.

Please accept my apologies for any pain my words may have caused you, and be assured of my undying respect and amity.

My point was now would be the worst of the current possible outcomes. We just have to live with him.

Can you imagine Keswick, Gazidis and Kronke looking for a new manager? At least when we booted out Ricoh, we had David Dein in charge.

Yes, he always respects his contract. Even if that were to mean losing 4-0 every week and going down two divisions, one suspects.

Didn't Ivan put the ball into the fans' court during one of the previous slumps by saying that Arsene was ultuimately accountable to the fans? Implying that he (Gazidis) certainly can't remove Arsene, and Stan won't. So muggy banners and Wenger Out chants it must be, then.

Thing is, many people at the ground still have too much respect for The Mad King to wish to slay him like that. We might actually have to wait for him to die.

Has to happen sometime, doesn't really matter when. The interesting thing is what will happen by October/ November if we are in the bottom four/five and still looking a shambles. I dont expect that but when you look at our away games for the next 6 weeks....... Sunday is definitely going to happen again, and pretty soon.

Well, it appears that Ivan and co tried to catalyse the change that he promised but was rebuked at every turn by Wenger. Shows who is really the boss.

I think when he spoke of the supporters he meant that Arsene's position would be in jeopardy if people stopped buying tickets.

Well, I've already decided that I might give Doncaster a swerve in the Rumbelows. That'll show 'em.

ST holders don't want to give them up though, as you know. There's always hope that they might be useful again one day.

They could at least stop buying food and drink in the ground. That'll learn 'em. ;)

I rather thought he meant the fans in China, but they all paid up in full and upfront, didn't they :-\

Anything is possible. we could win our next 5* or lose 3 of our next 5 and pick up only 1 win.

* The odds on that are slimmer than the other options imo
