It hasn't really changed much. Our defence is still far too easy to get at.

I think it works better if you play the right players. At least two, but preferably three, of the back three should be natural centre-backs.

If you play a flat back four you can't afford to play a slow cente-back unless you know you're going to be defending most of the game. So that limits Per.
