Quick one, we've had our computers finally fixed and now when I receive an email, any pictures* embedded in it have that red X and I have to right-click to download the images.....is there somewhere in settings that I can change that so that it auto downloads the images?

1. Open Outlook
2. Click on File> Options> trust center
3. Click on ‘trust center settings’
4. Uncheck the box, ‘Don’t download pictures automatically in HTML email messages or RSS items’
5. Click ok and restart Outlook and check.

tbh, I assumed he'd already tried that.
