Not much to worry about. North Korea is thoroughly surveilled by the US. If there is the slightest suggestion of them attempting to mobilise missiles, it'll be all over be anyone has a chance to pen a stiffly-worded letter. Russia and China aren't going to go into bat for Kim Jong Un if push comes to shove.
What's getting lost in all the anti-Trump stuff is the fact that the US obtained a unanimous Security Council vote for sanctions against North Korea - including both China and Russia. That's actually something of a diplomatic triumph and has hugely strengthened Trump's hand.

Generally, but more specifically in the matter of what are being amusingly described by Americans today as the NorKs. They're now completely isolated and even China won't stick up for them any more.
