No idea. I suppose he's not keen on being a back up and they were willing to let him go to balance the books. Does seem cheap though.

They have upgraded him with a new Bakayoko and of course already have Kante who legend would have you believe is the equivalent of 10 footballers all in one.

No, we get Ramsey and an injured wilshere and Cazorla.
With any luck Ramsey will get injured fairly quickly.

Wenger's idea of a defensive midfielder at that price is "frere" Xhaka.
