Physically or simply in reputation.

Physically. Landed on my bad shoulder and now feel like I was in a car crash.

No, I was trying to get up for a piss but my shoulder was aching so I levered myself up really awkwardly and then, bang, I was on the floor groaning.

You should get one of those beds with the pull up railings at the side. NHS would probably sell you one.

So, your dodgy prostate forced you to get up for a piss, but your dodgy shoulder stopped you getting up successfully and caused you to fall out of bed?
:-( :old:
We're going to have to get you a carer, aren't we?
