It's just *unbelievable* that these people are allowed to use a person's skin colour as a reason why they are unsuited to a job with utter impunity, when someone doing so about a person of colour would not only be criticised but would very likely lose their job and become a social pariah.

Our company os trying to champion itself regarding diversification... managers were told that if you have 2 equal candidates you should employ the one you think WOULDN'T be the ideal fit for your team... the reason being that they are more likely to give a different point of view and therfore create more dialogue.
