A couple of years ago we were supposed to be on the verge of a war with Russia. They were infringing our airspace, sailing their big smoky boats up the channel and everyone was preparing for doomsday. That all went quiet, but next up came Fat L'il Kim and his supposed nukes which were sure to be falling on Tokyo ANY MINUTE NOW. Nothing. Nada. Not a shot fired.

What a let down.

There is further hope now, of course, that Iran and Qatar might get set upon by those dastardly Saudis, which of course would get Russia and Turkey involved...

We can but hope. A decent world war would be just the reset we need.
