Agreed. 3 days before my 18th birthday.

We were going to France for 3 days to celebrate, with my best mate coming.

He's a Sperzer, and his dad drove him from his house to ours during the 2nd half. He got out of the car as we went into injury time and walked up the path to my house. He rang the bell and the door was opened for him to see me, my mum, dad, brother and aunt all dancing in the hall way.

His face dropped. "You haven't have you?" "Yes. Mickey Thomas. Charging through the midfield."

Best 18th birthday pressie imaginable. It should be a national holiday. You're right. :)
