I'm interested to know whether a muslim man deliberately targeting and killing non-muslims because they are non-muslims constitutes a 'hate crime'. Equally, is it a 'hate crime' for muslim men to deliberately target white, non-muslim girls to rape and traffic? After all, if you're targeting a particular ethnic/religious group for your crime, how can it be anything else?

Alternatively, it could just be that the whole concept of 'hate crime' is a load of meretricious b0llocks, of course.
