You'd imagine that such an explosion would leave relatively small bits from which to make an identification. Perhaps they just got lucky.

Yes, that was sort of my view, to be honest.

And charge people £20 a pop to go and peer at them through the glass. There could be an information board on each won's alleged misdemeanors. This would reduce the burden on the humble tax payer and provide people with someone to do on a rainy day.
