Apart from gloomy weather it was rather nice.

Ate a lot and come to the conclusion that they bloody love game shows. and their telly is the same every single night.

I have not gained any weight surprisingly, from no carbs to a week of carbs overload. Strangely I am now lower than I have been in years. 21lbs lost since 20th feb :cloud9: I need a new suit.
