It'll be ad-free of course and much slicker than this current design.

Who's up for it?

I'm a web developer so can build it however you like....this place has lost too many people cos of the lame design and overload of ads...I can't block them on my mobile!

web hosting is about £5 per month and I am a developer, so its cheap as chips.

If I get enough people who want it, I'll do it....its pretty straight forward as there's open source forum software already available and I can customise it to how we want it.

It's results that count. That's why many people want Wenger sacked now despite all the work he's put into the Arsenal.

It's nothing personal TI and ftr I don't think a new ad-free awimb will attract heaps of new posters. The message board format is dying the death of a thousand cuts and from what (admittedly little) I know, the main message boards for the 'bigger' clubs attract a lot of furrin posters, something that awimb has by and large got rid of.

It has in some ways, gone full circle. I think I'm probably the only one left from near the start in '98 or so (apart from the occasional appearance from the Chief) and back in those days the messages were relatively few and far between. There was then an influx of (mostly young and some foreign) posters around the turn of the century and it has gradually tailed off since then, alongside the 'decline' of the team/AW, people generally getting bored with the board, being banned/flouncing so we're left with a hardcore of regular/semi-regular posters today. I don't think anything will change that

You may be right but the sheer slowness of the site due to the intrusive adverts certainly cuts down on my number of posts - which is probably welcomed by everyone.

It's the people, or at least the characters that do it for me. So if people move then I will. If not then I'm staying.

If there was a new site, no reason why regulars can't visit both. Let a thousand flowers bloom.

Just add, the current Lotto pop up on all FM sites including ours, is not an official advert. It is a rogue one which we are trying to block.

Most of us have been around for more than a decade due to Chris+' hsopitality. Should we abandon him now?

What price loyalty? This is what 70 years of socialism has done to the moral fabric of our society.
