Giroud, Ramsey and Ozil are so ineffective at the top level.

No idea what Holding has done...one of best centre back performances in years and he gets drppped.

Him at the back and Nacho as the LWB was the way to go.

Playing Gibbs had 3 negative effects on us...weakens the back 3 (no Holding), waste of Nacho's wing pay and brings in useless Gibbs.

He wants to keep everyone and change nothing. He'll waste a fortune on a new contract for Wilshere. Keeping players who can't get through a full season. He'll lose Sanchez, after spending the whole summer claiming he'll stay. Then end up running around a day before the transfer deadline, trying to find another forward. Imagine another 2-3 years of this ****? :-(
