I did warn you, took 8 months to get our money back, still not sure we ever got it all (glw deals with these matters)

We had a fixed tariff apparently which we have been paying for the past 5 months.

Suddenly they have decided without warning it's now more than double and I owe then £200.
I told my wife to sort it out but she goes mental on the phone and full Italian so I have to interject as good cop. but then turn it on them.

I've emailed their top boss.
