I thought this - but can drones one buys on the high street carry much of a payload? And how far away do you have to be to operate it? If I saw someone flying a drone with some nerve agent spraying from it then I'd kick the cnut out of him and the drone would crash. Also, not sure how much liquid it could carry. Liquid is heavy.
