Is the office carpet quite rough?

I'm reading this at the moment. You'd like it. It's got trains and that.

:thumbup: not one for steam trains though. I am more of the Diesel/Electric BR era. don't like modern trains too plastic inside and usually ghastly colours.

The tube is slowly losing it's charm too hope they don't mess with the Bakerloo line.

Would that be the 'charm' that makes them incredibly noisy and unbearably hot in summer? :rubchin:

Nothing like a lady strapping on a pair of knee pads to tell you you're in for a good time imo.

:nod: The whole capital is way beyond capacity. I don't see any way of fixing this.

Crossrail seems a bit meh.
