Ospina in goal - Every games a cup final now so our Cup Goalie get's the nod...good bye Cheque.

Bellerin @ RB
Holding - time to unleash the potential
Koscielny to man up as captain
Walcott @ LB - time to play our wild card. He's got gears to cope with Bayern's wingers and they will be bamboozled by this move.

Ox - RCM
Mustafi - CM
Xhaka - LCM

Ox and Xhaka flanking Mustafi will run through their midfield like a knife through butter while provide vital forward support as we search for goals.

Alexis
Welbeck
Lucas

We need goals so go with our fastest, speediest and most mobile forward line...these 3 running @ the Munich defence will cause no end of problems for them....

If we want to really turn the screw then Bellerin will need to slot in more for a back 3 with Walcott pushing forward with Ox into a wild 3-2-5 formation.

-

We need goals & we must take risks...massive ones. Let's role the dice with Walcott.

Tony C are you still betting?

I got a couple of horses and a football double on today.
I don't bet often so I will probably lose the lot.

I'm waiting for Cheltenham next week...I'm most keen on Sizing John in the Gold Cup.

His whole life has been terrorised by the mighty Douvan (beat him 8 times and will win the Champion Chase on the Wednesday...just a matter of how easy he wants to do).

But two starts ago they decided they needed to get away from the 2mile division to avoid Douvan so they stepped him up to 2.5miles in the Kinloch Brae @ Thurles and he was electric and then last time they moved him up further to 3 miles in the Irish Gold Cup and he was even better...cruised through the race and I like how after jumping the last he still had the gears to go past a tough dour stayer like Don Polo.

Will have to run an extra quarter of mile @ Cheltenham but I don't think that will be an issue and his trainer Jessica Harrington is one of the greats at getting horses to excel and perform at their very best at Cheltenham..she peaks them perfectly.

Really like Sizing John's chance...a smashing eachway bet imo.

I would play sanchez, perez theo and wellbeck and go all out. we can score four or five against them.. Rostov score three with ease against them. key is only way we can go through tonight is keeping that clean sheet.

I'd say we'll be dancing on the streets of Islington tonight. Will you join me for the paso doblé?

Hi sir c it is me. I have been doing fine. Hope life treating you well.
I have Been trying to adress anxiety through cbt and got nice part time job at art centre. still got a way to go with my anxiety but getting bit better.

In terms of Arsenal it been bit of same old story. My view is that arsene not really done enough in big games in league to improve us at the back and some of our new signings have not really delivered. Tonight we could be dancing because we good enough to beat bayern by four or five but key is not letting a goal in. Only way we go through deep down is through a clean sheet tonight unless we win on pens after a 5-1. I can,t dance so a paso doble would nott work well.

Hi i am doing well . Happier in part time job in art centre and met some nice people their but still got issues to do with my anxiety. long way to go but getting their

I am still optimismic in terms of supporting a team that still win fa cups and keep getting into top four.. But i do think even if arsene wins european cup in cardiff on june 6th that we need to think of long term replacement. He is nearly 68 and we at some point will need to think to the future. But lets hope we can leave with european cup or fa cup on him.

That's not the attitude, m. Boyfriends are hardly insurmountable obstacles in my experience. Be bold.

Alternatively, lower your sights and pile into the Finnish bird. They're all the same in the dark.

A chap can learn more about life in five mnutes between the thighs of a finnish than in five years at school. Think on, m.

Would you put Hughes at 6 (if they decide to start Vunipola) or just a straight swap?

Straight swap for me - think Hughes is a bit loose at the moment, though he will probably start with Billy off the bench (along with his big brother). I like the Itoje/Lawes balance at the moment. Nice article in the Times yesterday on how they are working it and how it helps Lawes's game. Going to be tight I think but that bench should win it for us

Sort of a False left-back.

It would make a refreshing change from him being a false centre forward, I suppose.

I'm wondering if it's actually as mental as it sounds. (Yes it is.) But full backs don't really tackle any more, do they? There aren't any Nelsons or Winterburns around any more. They just sort of get in the way of the winger these days. Kenny Sansom was years ahead of his time.

If we had a decent defensive drill, it could work. Victor Moses, for example, isn't really a fullback either, after all. And neither is "Hamez" Milner.

I respectfully suggest that a knife-edge Champions League decider v Bayern Munich is not the time and place for such experimental and dare I say uncharacteristic tactical meddling.

Let him run around Colney in a practice match and pretend he is a left back.

TJ and the new position.

I suspect Wenger used up all his tactical wildcards at the weekend when he left out Sanchez in a plan to go long in the first half. We know this because there was no training ground incident as reported. No.

For comedy value alone, and I don’t mean that in an anti-Yaya way, I would love to hear his name called out in the starting 11. The mood in the fortress would be priceless and we would know for certain that Arsene was now just having a laugh and is off in just over 2 months.

That's the trouble with adopting "consistency" as your watchword; you make one tactical tweak, drop one regular starter, and everybody thinks you must have flipped your lid. Not least the players themselves, I'd imagine.

Fair play to Conte...has done a fine job in reviving Victor's career.

-

For what it's worth...Theo @ Left back was way better than the previous time we played them in a Knock Out 2nd leg when I said we should start the game with Sagna as a false goalkeeper

My argument was that there was no way we would score all the goals we needed so start with Sagna in goal and turn it into an absolute crazy back yard 5 a side goal scoring affair...something like 16-13 and just hope we get enough.

--

I think as complete one off tactic to completely bamboozle a side from the very start Theo at left back is worth a punt especially when you load it up with defenders like I mentioned...I was taking inspiration from the night Bergkamp played right wing vs Lazio and ripped them to shreds.
