Natural sugars?

Natural sugars?

I've just been eating meat and a couple of eggs bit of salad and drinking a lot of water.
I am going for this 'ketosis' I've been researching.

Drastic measures required.

:shakehead: That's easy for me though.

I do miss my cans of coke though. This water **** doesn't hit the spot.

Isn't there some absolutely insane amount of sugar in a can of coke?

They say 7 teaspoons. but who knows there are people that will tell you it will dissolve a tooth overnight but this false.

I can't stand the diet versions though they taste metallic.

May I ask why?

I am a fat cund.

And going to the gym doesn't seem to be helping.

I've done it before it seems the quickest way.

Strangely yes. But in the past when I did it I didn't **** for 4 days.
Where does it all go?

Perhaps you need to take a more rounded (no pun intended) and balanced look at things, in general eating healthier and exercising more.

Completely cutting food groups out of one's diet in such a drastic way is not entirely a thing to be recommended.

It's just for a few weeks to get things started. And besides I'll probably jack it all in by friday and go to mcdonalds.

 Only the proper **** will do - I think giving up beer is easier than coke. Maybe I will try for Lent (coke not beer). All bull**** - like when they put a coin in it and it goes green. That will happen in water ffs. Fairly sure your stomach acid can cope with it. ****ers.

Plus it has magic properties. my wife was coughing one night and she kept drinking water, I said for get that have a sip of coke.
No more coughing.

I actually get annoyed if I come home and have no cans left in the fridge.

Though I read that 7 spoons thing on the official coke website :hehe:

Well you see in that one action (or non-action) you have nailed it.

Once in a while it is grand and more than palatable.

Too often and it’s not.

I drink a can of Coke about once every two years - when the hangover looks as if it might be a terminal one.

I went through a stage of eating only chicken and brown rice (and some greens). Looking back now it was absolutely awful.

I fancy a Burger King now.

If I order a Whopper, will it come with cheese, or must I order a Whopper with cheese?

What is the most monstrous BK burger? Is it the Double Whopper? (With cheese?)

Why do I assume you are the Burger King expert?

You have to order it with cheese - a state of affairs I find ludicrous. But it's good because it also comes with mayo, ketchup, tomato and big lumps of onion. The double Whopper is a beast.

For me that is most mornings tbf. Though the quality of the football last night kept my beer consumption down considerably. Monday night on the other hand...

So it's a Double Whopper with Cheese I'm after?

That's me sorted for next Friday :rubshands:

I think so. You will be absolutely filthy afterwards and need many napkins. At least a dozen, I would say.

Oh I still love a good whopper with cheese meal, always with cheese, onion rings on the side

All part of life's rich tapestry and indeed globalisation - whopper with cheese one day, falafel kebab the next, shami kebab another, chickpea curry on a Thursday and of course fish on a Friday.

Balanced out by a cholesterol reducing yoghurt drink in the morning.
